How does a customer grant consent?

Customers granting consent to their data

• The customer is prompted to consent to the sharing of data between their chosen ERP system and the partner system.
• The customer must then submit the form in order to grant consent.

For existing connections in API.1

If a connection is already enabled (e.g., because a customer has already set this up for another partner), then the process will finish, and consent is granted.

For new connections in API.1

If a customer is granting access to a new system for the first time, then they will be prompted to log in to their ERP system in order to create the connection. Once the connection is enabled, the process will finish, and consent is granted.
